Step 2: Prepare paw print
You have two options:
Option A – Photo of the paw
Take a sharp photo of the paw (good lighting, close up, not blurred).
We will create a digital paw print from it.
Option B – Photo of a print on paper
Do you already have a paw print (e.g. stamp/print on paper)?
Then just send us a photo of it.
Step 3: Send us an email

Note on engraving (claws)
By default, we engrave without claws, so that it looks particularly elegant and timeless.
If you would like the claws to be engraved, please mention this briefly in the email.

Standard shipping
Your order will usually be shipped via DHL on the same business day. In exceptional cases, shipping may take place within 1–3 business days.
Standard delivery time
Germany: usually 1–2 working days
Switzerland: 2–4 working days, EU: usually 2–7 working days
Express shipping
Additionally, you have the option of having your order delivered via DHL Express .
In this case, shipping usually takes place on the same business day. Delivery typically occurs within one business day.

Our jewelry is naturally waterproof and designed for everyday wear. However, to ensure you can enjoy it in its best condition for a lifetime, we recommend avoiding contact with creams, perfume, sweat, chemicals, and chlorinated or salt water. Remove your jewelry before showering, exercising, and going to bed, and ideally store it separately in an airtight container.

Your engraving text will be carefully checked by us; however, if spelling errors or chosen capitalization are not clearly identifiable as typos, we assume no responsibility for them. Therefore, please check your entry carefully before completing the order.
