Terms and Conditions (AGB) NINASIA
§ 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all contracts concluded through the NINASIA online shop (formerly CRISTALI). Deviating conditions of the buyer shall not be recognized unless NINASIA expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. Errors excepted.
(2) By clicking the "Buy Now" button, the buyer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail after receiving the order.
(3) All offers in the online shop are valid **only while stocks last**. If a product ordered is unexpectedly unavailable, we reserve the right to reject the order in whole or in part. Payments already made will be refunded without delay. Errors in the product description or inventory are reserved.
§ 3 Prices and Payment Terms
(1) All prices are final prices.
(2) Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods indicated in the shop.
(3) Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
§ 4 Delivery and Shipping
(1) Shipping is carried out after receipt of payment to the delivery address provided by the buyer.
(2) Shipping costs will be communicated to the buyer before completion of the order process.
§ 5 Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of NINASIA until full payment has been received.
§ 6 Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

§ 7 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
§ 8 Liability
Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless it concerns essential contractual obligations, or damages to life, body, or health. We are fully liable for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. Liability for indirect damages or lost profits is excluded. This limitation of liability also applies in favor of our employees, representatives, and vicarious agents.
§ 9 Final Provisions
(1) German law applies.
(2) Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the contract shall remain valid in all other respects. In place of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory provisions shall apply.
