Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal DE & EU
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods, or
- in the case of a single order of multiple goods delivered separately: from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item, or
- in the case of delivery in multiple partial shipments or pieces: from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the last partial shipment or piece.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
1. Personalized Goods: Goods that are not prefabricated and whose production involves individual selection or specification by the customer or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).
Examples: Engraved pendants or individually customized jewelry.
2. Sealed hygiene products, where the seal has been removed after delivery and returning the item for hygiene or health reasons is not possible.
Note: Body jewelry such as earrings or piercings cannot be automatically excluded if hygienically reprocessable.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs for the cheapest standard delivery, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged to you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Optional Note Regarding Original Packaging
We kindly ask you, if possible, to return the goods in their original packaging. Even without the original packaging, we will accept your return as long as the goods are unused and in perfect condition.

Return Policy for Switzerland

Please note: For deliveries to Switzerland, there is no statutory 14-day withdrawal right under EU law.

NINASIA’s goodwill policy:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, Swiss customers can receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned goods.
Returns must be processed via our return procedure: Return Policy. Independent returns cannot be accepted.

Customs duties or taxes incurred for shipments to Switzerland cannot be covered by us.

Language Notice
This cancellation policy may be translated into other languages. In the event of any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or differences in interpretation, the German version shall prevail and be legally binding.
