Shipping policy
We ship to all countries that are selectable in the checkout.
Shipping
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after receipt of the order (in many cases on the same business day). All orders are shipped from Karlsruhe, Germany.
Delivery is carried out via DHL Standard. The actual delivery time depends on the respective DHL transit times.
Optionally, DHL Express delivery can be selected during checkout.
No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery times are generally:
• Germany: 1–3 business days
• European Union: 2–8 business days
• Switzerland: 2–4 business days
• Non-EU countries (worldwide, e.g. USA, Canada): 5–12 business days
For personalised products, delivery times will be extended according to the stated production time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and depend on the destination country and the selected shipping method.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply and are to be borne by the customer.
