From our studio to you. Every NINASIA order is carefully prepared, securely packaged and shipped from Karlsruhe, Germany.

Preparing your order
We usually prepare your order for shipment within 1–3 business days. Many orders leave our studio on the same business day.
Personalised jewellery may require a little more preparation time depending on the engraving and personalisation. The estimated production time can be found directly on the respective product page.
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
Shipping with DHL
Our orders are shipped with DHL as standard. If you need your order particularly quickly, you can select DHL Express directly at checkout, where available for your order.
The shipping methods and shipping costs available for your delivery address will be displayed before you complete your order.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and selected shipping method and are displayed transparently at checkout.
Delivery to Switzerland
Orders shipped from Germany to Switzerland may be subject to additional import charges. These charges are levied by the Swiss authorities or the shipping provider responsible for customs clearance and are not included in the purchase price charged by NINASIA.
Import VAT 8.1%
Swiss Post basic fee CHF 13
Value surcharge + 3%
Good to know: Tax amounts of up to CHF 5 are not collected in Switzerland. At the standard import VAT rate of 8.1%, this corresponds to an assessment basis of approximately CHF 62.
Import VAT is not necessarily calculated solely on the product price. The assessment basis may also include the value of the goods, shipping costs and other costs incurred up to the destination in Switzerland.
The actual import and customs clearance charges are calculated by the relevant Swiss authorities or shipping provider. Additional fees may apply where special processing is required. NINASIA has no influence over the final amount of these charges.
