Shipping and delivery

Your order will be prepared within 1-3 business days. Shipping is via DHL Kleinpaket or Warenpost Premium and takes 1-3 days within Germany and 2-7 business days internationally (in some cases, depending on the country, it may take up to 15 business days).

Inquiries, returns or complaints

If you have any questions, returns, or complaints, simply send us an email to info@ninasia.de. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that jewelry can only be returned with the tags intact. Removed or damaged tags will unfortunately not be accepted.

Material of the products

Our products are made of precious metals, and the exact materials can be found in the respective product description. The color does not transfer, and the products can be used in water. Note on the guarantee and care of your jewelry

We want you to enjoy your jewelry for a long time! Therefore, please note the following:

• Our 365-day warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
• Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use are not covered by the warranty.

Care instructions
Avoid contact with:
• Creams and perfume
• Sweat
• Chemicals (e.g. cleaning agents)
• Chlorine and salt water (e.g. in swimming pools or the sea)
Please remove your jewelry:
• before showering or bathing
• during sports
• before going to bed
• Ideally, store the jewelry in an airtight container and separate from other pieces to avoid friction and scratches.
