Shipping and Delivery

Preparing your order takes 1-3 business days. Shipping is done via DHL Small Parcel or Warenpost Premium and takes 1-3 days within Germany, and 2-7 business days internationally (in individual cases, depending on the country, it can take up to 15 business days).

Queries, Returns or Complaints

For questions, returns or complaints, simply send us an email to info@ninasia.de. Return costs are to be borne by the buyer.

Product Material

Our products are made of precious metals, and the exact materials can be found in the respective product description. The color does not rub off, and the products can be used in water. Nevertheless, we recommend good care to maintain the longevity of your jewelry. For further questions, feel free to contact us via Instagram or by email at info@ninasia.de.

Care Instructions

Avoid contact with:
• Creams and perfume
• Sweat
• Chemicals (e.g., cleaning agents)
• Chlorine and salt water (e.g., in swimming pools or the sea)
Please remove your jewelry:
• before showering or bathing
• during sports
• before going to bed
• Ideally, store your jewelry airtight and separated from other pieces to avoid friction and scratches.
