Shipping and delivery

Your order will take 1-3 business days to prepare. Shipping is via DHL Kleinpaket or Warenpost Premium and takes 1-3 days within Germany, and 2-7 business days internationally (in some cases, depending on the country, it may take up to 15 business days).

Questions, returns or complaints

For questions, returns, or complaints, simply send us an email to info@ninasia.de. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.

Product material

Our products are made of precious metals, and you can find the exact materials in the respective product description. The color won't tarnish, and the products can be used in water. However, we recommend proper care to ensure the longevity of your jewelry. For further questions, please feel free to contact us via Instagram or by email at info@ninasia.de.

Care instructions

Avoid contact with:
• Creams and perfume
• Sweat
• Chemicals (e.g. cleaning agents)
• Chlorinated and salt water (e.g., in swimming pools or the sea)
Please remove your jewelry:
• before showering or bathing
• during sports
• before going to bed
• Ideally, store the jewelry in an airtight container and separate from other pieces to avoid friction and scratches.
