• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
• Regularly trim the wick to approximately 0.5 cm.
• Place on a stable, fireproof surface
• Keep a distance from flammable objects
• Keep away from children and animals
• Avoid drafts
• Do not blow out the flame, but smother it.
• Do not move a burning candle
Due to its special shape, wax may leak out – please use a fireproof surface with a raised edge (e.g., marble or metal tray).

Standard shipping
Your order will usually be shipped via DHL on the same business day. In exceptional cases, shipping may take place within 1–3 business days.
Standard delivery time
Germany: usually 1–2 working days
Switzerland: 2–4 working days, EU: usually 2–7 working days
Express shipping
Additionally, you have the option of having your order delivered via DHL Express .
In this case, shipping usually takes place on the same business day. Delivery typically occurs within one business day.

Our jewelry is naturally waterproof and designed for everyday wear. However, to ensure you can enjoy it in its best condition for a lifetime, we recommend avoiding contact with creams, perfume, sweat, chemicals, and chlorinated or salt water. Remove your jewelry before showering, exercising, and going to bed, and ideally store it separately in an airtight container.

Your engraving text will be carefully checked by us; however, if spelling errors or chosen capitalization are not clearly identifiable as typos, we assume no responsibility for them.
