HOW THE PERSONALIZATION WORKS
1. Upload your desired photo directly on the product page.
2. We transform your photo into an individual, simplified one-line drawing.
3. Your drawing is carefully engraved onto the front of the pendant.
4. You have the option to have the back engraved with a name, date, or a personal message.
Each portrait is individually designed based on your photo template.

All writing systems are possible (e.g., Latin, Cyrillic, Greek, Arabic, Hebrew, or Georgian script). Numbers, symbols, and small icons such as hearts, stars, or other simple motifs are also possible.

This piece of jewelry is individually made and engraved according to your photo template after the order is received. This is not a pre-manufactured product. Due to the individual personalization, it is excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Standard shipping
Your order will usually be shipped via DHL on the same business day. In exceptional cases, shipping may take place within 1–3 business days.
Standard delivery time
Germany: usually 1–2 working days
Switzerland: 2–4 working days, EU: usually 2–7 working days
Express shipping
Additionally, you have the option of having your order delivered via DHL Express .
In this case, shipping usually takes place on the same business day. Delivery typically occurs within one business day.

Our jewelry is naturally waterproof and designed for everyday wear. However, to ensure you can enjoy it in its best condition for a lifetime, we recommend avoiding contact with creams, perfume, sweat, chemicals, and chlorinated or salt water. Remove your jewelry before showering, exercising, and going to bed, and ideally store it separately in an airtight container.

Your engraving text will be carefully checked by us; however, if spelling errors or chosen capitalization are not clearly identifiable as typos, we assume no responsibility for them. Therefore, please check your entry carefully before completing the order.
